The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ramirezovic lands a nice shot that snaps Galt's head back.

Galt goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Galt just misses with a elbow thrown towards Ramirezovic's brow.
Ramirezovic misses with a knee to the head.
Galt lands a right hand that snaps the head of Ramirezovic backwards.
Galt jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Ramirezovic walks away with a smile on his face. Galt gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Jamalski Ramirezovic has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of John Galt.
Galt looks to land a right hand but Ramirezovic moved out of range.
Nice defenses there by Galt.
Ramirezovic throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Galt tries to clinch but Ramirezovic is having none of it.

Ramirezovic creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Ramirezovic wants to break free but Galt has control.
Galt gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.

Ramirezovic misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Galt.
Galt on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

Ramirezovic escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Jamalski Ramirezovic seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ramirezovic waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Galt.
Galt scores with a hook to the body. Ramirezovic takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Ramirezovic throws a predictable looking body shot
and Galt counters with a nice uppercut.
Galt lands a high kick to the side of Ramirezovic's head that stuns him and send him tumbling down to the canvas! Galt dives into guard, looking to finish.
Ramirezovic is rocked!
Galt loads up on a big left hand. Ramirezovic felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Galt looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Ramirezovic can't hide his disappointment, as Galt celebrates the victory.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). John Galt!
