Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Adolf Ellenberger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eron Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ellenberger comes to the cage accompanied by Soldier. The key to victory for Adolf Ellenberger has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Wesley Smith and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Ellenberger napping and manages to drive through into side control!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Ellenberger is working to avoid the ground and pound but Silva connects with a decent elbow.

Ellenberger throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Silva shoots in for a takedown but Ellenberger shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Eron Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ellenberger throws a jab when Silva was well out of range.
Horrible takedown by Silva or perhaps it was just good defense by Ellenberger which made him look bad.
