The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Skip Squint and Eliza Hachem.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hawkins bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Bones's head.

It looks like Nash Bones has been cut.
No joy there for Hawkins, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Hawkins slaps away a takedown attempt from Bones, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Hawkins defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Bones.
Bones fails with the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Nash Bones. That's going to take a lot out of him.

That's one minute gone in the round.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Bones is defended easily by Hawkins.
Hawkins looks to land a combination but Bones avoids it well.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
A swing and a miss from Hawkins.
Hawkins throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Bones.

Hawkins cracks Bones with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Hawkins has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Bones to stand back up!
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Hawkins misses with a wild combination.
Bones ducks under a wild hook from Hawkins.
Bones shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Hawkins defends it nicely.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Bones fails with the takedown.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Bones shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Hawkins sprawls well. Hawkins wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Bones gets slowly back to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Hawkins lands a nice shot to the body.
Bones ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Bones bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Bones ducks right into an uppercut from Hawkins.

Nash Bones's cut is getting worse.
Hawkins waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Bones.
It's a brutal combination of punches from Hawkins! Bones is backing up but he can't get away as Hawkins lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Bones and ends the fight. Great knockout.

After winning the bout, Kev Hawkins thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
