Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kisuke Urahara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Samuel Rowan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rowan is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Anthrax - I Am The Law. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kisuke Urahara! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Samuel Rowan! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Albert Achterberg and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Urahara keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Rowan throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Urahara avoids the body shot from Rowan.
Rowan walks into a jab. Samuel Rowan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Rowan closes the distance and clinches. Urahara scores a nice knee to the body.

Urahara being controlled against the cage. A battle for position here, against the cage. Rowan throws a knee to the head but misses.
Urahara lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. A head punch on the inside from Rowan fails to land. Rowan works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Urahara lands on the inside with an uppercut.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rowan throws a knee to the head but misses.
Rowan manages to pull guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Urahara is stalling in the full guard. Urahara is looking to stand up but Rowan won't let him. Rowan not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Rowan might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Urahara kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Urahara avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Urahara stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Urahara wants it to stay on the feet. Urahara catches Rowan with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Urahara swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Rowan. Rowan throws a head kick that misses and Urahara counters with a lovely straight right hand! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Rowan throws a big shot that misses. Rowan gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Good work by Urahara as he checks the leg kick. Rowan falls off balance throwing a combination
and Urahara counters with a low kick, right behind Rowan 's knee. Kisuke Urahara is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Excellent takedown into side control there by Rowan. Rowan moves into full mount! Rowan dominating with strikes here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Urahara is desperately trying to improve his position but Rowan has a good base and remains in mount. Urahara sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Rowan throwing shots but Urahara is blocking nicely. Rowan thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Urahara's head. Urahara works his way to full guard. Good work. Urahara looking to hit a scissor sweep but Rowan is one step ahead there. Rowan postures up.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Urahara holds on and takes a little breather. Rowan trying to control the position from guard on top but Urahara is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Urahara seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Kisuke Urahara. Rowan throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Rowan connects with an inside leg kick. Urahara scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Urahara scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Rowan throws a lazy body kick and Urahara counters with a straight right hand.
Rowan is rocked! Rowan misses with a wild body shot. Rowan is still on wobbly legs! Can Urahara finish him? Rowan is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Rowan is looking to clinch. Urahara connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Rowan covering up! Urahara comes in with a big uppercut and Rowan goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Kisuke Urahara!
