Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Dan K (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Chandler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). K kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Albatross, Albatross, Albatross. Chandler has chosen Queen - Under Pressure as his entrance music. The key to victory for Dan K has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dan K !
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, James Chandler!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Albert Achterberg and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
K pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Both fighters circling a little - K finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
K displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Chandler.
Chandler wants to clinch but K slips to the side
and K counters with a thumping low kick.
Chandler has taken the fight to the clinch.
K is stalling here.
K lands a nice uppercut.
A right handed body shot lands from K .
K manages to break the clinch.
Chandler has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Chandler there as he acknowledges the shot.
Chandler throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. K tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Chandler is in K 's guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Chandler must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
K is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
K had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Chandler defends it easily.

K has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Chandler can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Chandler stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. K swivels though and keeps the full guard.
K is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
K will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Chandler wants to control but K is keeping busy and won't allow it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Chandler kicks off K and gets to his feet.
Chandler has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from K .
K lands with a kick to the ribs.

Chandler has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from K .

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Chandler is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

K gets through Chandler's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

K cracks Chandler with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Chandler looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can K finish him?
K measures up his opponent and throws a superman punch that connects to the jaw! Down goes Chandler! The ref steps in, and that's the ball game folks!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:50 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Dan K !
After winning the bout, Dan K thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
