Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Paul Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Halloway (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackson comes to the cage accompanied by Gonna Fly Now-Bill Conti. Halloway has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Max Halloway told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Sam Margolis and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson throws a shot to the body.
Jackson's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Jackson duly obliges.
Halloway shoots in for a takedown but Jackson shows good takedown defense.
Halloway looks winded!
Jackson swinging wildly here.
Jackson feints a jab promting Halloway to slip. Jackson then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Halloway slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Danga de danga de dang - Jackson scores with a four punch combination!
Halloway is rocked!
It looks like Max Halloway has been cut.
Halloway throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jackson's waist but Jackson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Halloway off to one side.
Halloway is still on wobbly legs! Can Jackson finish him?
Jackson Rushes Halloway and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Halloway is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Jackson Piles on the pressure and Halloway crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Paul Jackson!
Paul Jackson really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Brute logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
