Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Caleb Ladouceur (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rafael Garcia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rafael Garcia!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Steve Smith and Ian Loll.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Garcia bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Ladouceur is trying to escape and get back to his feet.

Garcia tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Garcia has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Caleb Ladouceur.

Ladouceur feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Ladouceur connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Garcia some visible discomfort.

Ladouceur stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Garcia tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Ladouceur manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Garcia tries to score a power double leg takedown but Ladouceur sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Garcia somewhat.

Ladouceur changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Garcia looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
