The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frottage throws a sloppy head kick and Matwijenko moves out of range easily.
Matwijenko avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Frottage slips under a jab from Matwijenko.
Matwijenko with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Frottage misses with a double jab.
Frottage tries to clinch up.
A solid leg kick lands there for Matwijenko.
Frottage takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Matwijenko slips under a jab.
A chopping leg kick lands by Frottage.
Matwijenko lands a big head kick that sends Frottage tumbling to the mat! Matwijenko takes a step backwards and waves Frottage back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Father Frottage has been cut.
Frottage throws a head kick but Matwijenko moves out of range.
Matwijenko avoids the body shot from Frottage.
Frottage throws a left and a right that both miss
and Matwijenko counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Frottage looks winded!
Matwijenko throws a monster overhand right that drops Frottage! Matwijenko follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
