The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Gwen Towbar and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Violator shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Henderson pinned against the cage. Henderson gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Henderson ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Henderson misses with a double jab
and Violator counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Henderson misses with a body shot.
Henderson tries to land a leg kick but Violator saw it coming and moves away.
Jeremy Henderson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Henderson throws a shot from downtown. Violator moves away and avoids it.
Violator lands a nice hook to Henderson's body. Henderson takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Violator bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

That was a close round but I would say that Danny Violator will probably get the nod.

Henderson lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Henderson wants to hold on but Violator pushes him away.
