Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Youri Antonio!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Phil Schofield and William Gold.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kawada delivers a nice body kick.

Kawada clinches with his opponent.

Kawada pulls guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Kawada seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kawada manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Antonio manages to get himself to full guard.

Kawada gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Antonio shoots in but no luck this time.
Kawada stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Kawada wants it to stay on the feet.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Antonio.
Keiji Kawada has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Youri Antonio.
Antonio doesn't succeed with the takedown

so Kawada counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Kawada stands up and waves to Antonio to follow him.
A left and a right from Antonio both land. Nice combination.

Kawada shoots in and bounces Antonio off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Kawada postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Kawada working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Antonio's head.

Antonio is rocked!
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Kawada's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Antonio is still in real trouble! Can Kawada finish him?
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Kawada passes easily into side control. Nice work.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Antonio is trying to escape the position but Kawada is controlling the position.
Kawada lands some shots froms side control.
Antonio looks winded!
A lull in the action here as Kawada stalls from top position.

Kawada tries for a kimura but Antonio is defending well.
Antonio is working to avoid the ground and pound but Kawada connects with a decent elbow.
Antonio trying to remain calm as Kawada controls from the top position.
Kawada scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Antonio is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Kawada can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
