Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Raz Matazz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Sinatra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Matazz comes to the cage accompanied by Tool - Eulogy. Frank Sinatra has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 37 - 10 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Raz Matazz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 25 - 12 - 4, fighting out of Las Vegas, Frank Sinatra!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Cecil Peabody and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sinatra is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Matazz's half guard.
Matazz is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Matazz is staying active underneath Sinatra, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Matazz is trying to stand.
Sinatra wants to pass to mount but Matazz is defending the position.
Matazz wants to get back to full guard.
Sinatra seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Matazz does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Matazz is looking for a sweep. Sinatra is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Matazz is looking to improve his position.

Matazz has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Sinatra is working away from the top position though.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Matazz throws a lazy right hand but Sinatra sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Sinatra misses with an uppercut. Matazz saw that one coming.
Sinatra ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Matazz moves away.
Sinatra cracks Matazz with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Sinatra is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

Sinatra doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Sinatra takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Matazz throws a head kick that misses.
Sinatra uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Matazz.
Matazz avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Sinatra just misses with a punch to the body.
Matazz tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Sinatra manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Sinatra uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Matazz has time to react.

Matazz wants to control but Sinatra is keeping busy.
Matazz is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Sinatra scores with a couple of nice shots.

The referee warns Matazz that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Sinatra shoots in for a double leg but Matazz sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Sinatra throws a hook but Matazz avoids it easily.
Raz Matazz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The fight stays on the outside here - Matazz looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
The fighters circling - Sinatra throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Sinatra throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Matazz's waist but Matazz gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Sinatra off to one side.

Matazz steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Sinatra.

Sinatra wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Sinatra wants the takedown. Matazz is fighting it off but Sinatra persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Matazz's guard against the cage.

That was a close second round but I would say that Raz Matazz will probably get the nod.
