13 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, James Coach! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Renato Da Silva! The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Trevor Gratis and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Da Silva throws an off balance right hand
and Coach counters with a lovely straight right hand! Da Silva pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Da Silva getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Renato Da Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Coach misses with the combination.
Da Silva looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Coach scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Coach uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Coach misses with a hook. Da Silva ducked under it nicely. Coach pushes Da Silva away with a front kick. This has been an exciting period of action! Coach uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Da Silva. Coach slips a straight right by Da Silva. Nice cross by Coach. Da Silva lands a really nice looking cross but Coach seems unphased.
Coach throws a perfectly timed hook that sends Da Silva crashing down! Da Silva tries to stagger back to his feet but Coach just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused Da Silva asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). James Coach! James Coach decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
