Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dixie Drummond (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ben Goldberg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dixie Drummond looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are George Francis, Chris Downing and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drummond misses with a series of wild punches.
Goldberg tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Goldberg fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Goldberg drives through with a takedown into guard.
Goldberg is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Goldberg drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Drummond dives on top into guard.
Goldberg wants to sweep but no luck.
Goldberg lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Drummond!
Goldberg tries to control but Drummond wriggling away.
Drummond is wriggling around trying to escape.

Goldberg looking to control but Drummond is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Goldberg pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Goldberg lands a heavy elbow.
Drummond is looking to get to half guard.
Goldberg controlling from mount.
Drummond is breathing heavily.
A nice elbow there by Goldberg.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Goldberg with shots to the head and body - Drummond looks very uncomfortable down there.

Goldberg wants to finish this one by submission but Drummond is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Goldberg.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Drummond is trying to escape the mount.
Goldberg connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Goldberg tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Goldberg looking to isolate an arm here. Drummond doesn't see it coming and as Goldberg extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Goldberg!
