Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Glass (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Viktor Kulakov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Glass comes to the cage accompanied by Lamb of God- Walk With Me In Hell . Kulakov has chosen Lube-Shparu as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Bobby Glass!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 14 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Viktor Kulakov!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Arvi Lind and Anni Minnemäki.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kulakov throws a right hand that Glass ducks under and follows up with a left that Glass also avoids with ease.
Glass has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Glass tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Kulakov swivels and escapes.

Kulakov lands a big right hand that sends Glass crashing to the mat! Kulakov stays standing though and waves Glass back to his feet!


Glass is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Glass keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Oh Glass is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Horrible takedown by Glass or perhaps it was just good defense by Kulakov which made him look bad.
Glass slips a jab and a cross from Kulakov.
Kulakov looks to throw the jab but Glass is out of range.
Glass seems to have got his legs back now.
Kulakov misses with a body punch

and Glass decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Kulakov's guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Glass accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Glass wants to pass the guard but Kulakov is keeping the position.
Kulakov wants to stand but Glass is controlling the position.
Glass with a flurry of punches that miss.

Glass missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Glass in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Kulakov wants to stand up but Glass is controlling him.
Glass passes Kulakov's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Glass is looking to take a break and control but Kulakov is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Glass throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Glass wants to lay and pray for a moment but Kulakov keeps working.
Glass is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Kulakov is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Glass is trying to work for a kimura but Kulakov is defending well.

Kulakov kicks off Glass and gets to his feet.

and Glass counters with a takedown into side control.

Glass swings around for an armbar but Kulakov sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Glass's guard.

Glass is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Glass manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Kulakov manages to get himself to full guard.

Glass prevents Kulakov from getting back to his feet.
Glass stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Kulakov swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Glass wants to control from the top but Kulakov keeps moving.

Glass throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Kulakov works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Glass wants to control from the top but Kulakov keeps moving.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Sloppy strikes from Kulakov. Those never looked like landing.
Kulakov misses with a hook.
Kulakov throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Glass sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Glass shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Kulakov but Kulakov pushes him off and we're back to square one.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bobby Glass. That's going to take a lot out of him.

and Glass counters with a shoot takedown. Kulakov fights it but they end up in guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Glass drops back looking for a leg! Kulakov is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Kulakov manages to kick Glass off! Glass jumps back into Kulakov's guard.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

That was a close round but I would say that Bobby Glass will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!


Glass uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Kulakov.
Glass shoots for a double leg takedown but Kulakov sprawls well. He's pushed Glass's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Glass shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Kulakov as he jumps to the side.

Glass is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Kulakov scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Kulakov throws an overhand right that lands on Glass's shoulder, as Glass tries to avoid the shot.
Glass shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Kulakov sprawls well. Kulakov wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Glass gets slowly back to his feet.

Glass wants to advance to full mount but Kulakov doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Bobby Glass showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Glass, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
