Almunia feints and as Auswitch raises his hands in defense, Almunia changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Almunia chips away with some ground and pound.

Auswitch looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Almunia passes into side control.
Almunia wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Auswitch, who protects the arm well.

Almunia lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Auswitch circles away quickly and effectively.
Almunia clinches up with Auswitch and pushes him back against the cage.
Auswitch gets a trip takedown into half guard.
Almunia is working on a guillotine. He's managed to get to full guard and he's really squeezing tight! Auswitch is tapping! Great win for Almunia!
