The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Trevor Gratis and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz throws a right and a left that both miss.
Diaz keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Diaz lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Worthy circles away quickly and effectively.
Worthy shoots in for a double leg but Diaz sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Diaz slaps away a takedown attempt from Worthy, before circling back to the center of the mat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Buzz Worthy. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Worthy shoots in but Diaz avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Worthy avoids the head kick by Diaz.
Sloppy strikes from Diaz. Those never looked like landing.
Diaz shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Worthy eats them both and turns towards Diaz to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Diaz misses with a few strikes there.
Worthy is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Diaz's half guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Worthy is trying for a kimura here. Diaz looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Worthy wins by kimura!
