Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Mateusz Dowdak!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Tomski Jarzynski!
The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Valeri Chadov and Konstantin Menshow.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jarzynski misses with a head kick.
Jarzynski dives in and grabs Dowdak's left leg, looking for a takedown. Dowdak pushes down on Jarzynski's head and hops out.
Dowdak looks for a takedown but Jarzynski sprawls well.
Dowdak shoots for a double leg takedown but Jarzynski sprawls well. He's pushed Dowdak's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Dowdak bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Dowdak tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Dowdak has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Jarzynski tries to get back to half guard but can't.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jarzynski looks winded!

Dowdak has an Americana. Jarzynski didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Dowdak is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Dowdak hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
