Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alan Bundy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ted Party (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bundy comes to the cage accompanied by God Hates a Coward. Party has chosen The Final Countdown- Europe as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Alan Bundy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ted Party!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bundy tries a head kick but it misses.
Bundy has a takedown stuffed.
Bundy swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Nice jab there from Bundy.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Party can't find room to land a body shot as Bundy controls the action.
Party tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Bundy misses with a knee to the head.

Bundy has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Party clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Bundy has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Party has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Party trying to control the hands but Bundy won't let him.

Party is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Bundy gets his way!

Party just trying to survive but Bundy is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish.
Bundy keeps control of the position as Party tries to break free.
Bundy throwing wild punches that miss their target.
Bundy struggling to land strikes to the head as Party covers up.
Bundy has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Party is in bad spot here.

Party avoids the strikes from Bundy.
Bundy not allowing Party to control his hands.
Bundy connects with a big shot to the side of Party's head.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
You can see the frustration on Party's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Bundy misses with punches from the back.
Bundy has Party flattened out and is raining down punches.

Bundy throws a big right hand but he misses and hits the mat. Ouch.
Bundy avoiding Party 's attempts to control his hands.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Party looking very determined here, making life difficult for Bundy.
Bundy cracks Party with a big shot to body and one to the head - really punishing Party from the back mount here, looking to soften him up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Party covers up after that shot from Bundy.
Party just trying to survive but Bundy is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish.
Party looks gassed!
Bundy scores with a nice shot to the head of his opponent. Party is looking for a way out.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Bundy has his opponent trapped and is landing shots. Not a good position for Party.
Party tries to break free.
Party trying to control the hands but Bundy won't let him.
Party is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Bundy is staying active.

Bundy looking for the choke but no joy.
Party can't escape the position.
Bundy softening up his opponent with strikes here.

Bundy is looking for the choke from the back position but Party is controlling his hands well.

Bundy is persistently looking for the submission but Party is defending it well.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Party grimaces as he takes a shot to the body.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Party tries to break free.
Bundy is looking to finish with some ground and pound!
Bundy is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Bundy gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Bundy gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Bundy apologises and we restart here on the feet.
A nice leg kick lands there from Bundy.
Bundy scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Party gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Bundy forces Party back against the cage and clinches.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Bundy has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Party regains guard immediately.
Party is trying to keep Bundy in close.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Alan Bundy dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


Bundy misses with a few strikes there.
Bundy throws a right and a left that Party avoids nicely.
Party blocks a head kick by Bundy.

Bundy shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Bundy postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Party looks a forlorn figure.
Party is trying to escape the mount.
Bundy landing punches.
Bundy avoids the attempt from Party to control.
Bundy working away from the top, dropping strikes.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Bundy looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

Bundy working for a guillotine from mount but Party is in no mood to give up.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Party tries to hold on but Bundy postures up.
Bundy is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Party can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
The referee warns Party that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Alan Bundy overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Bundy looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Bundy lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Bundy lands with some strikes.
Bundy lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Bundy lands a big shot there that rocks Party but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Bundy has hold of an arm here, looking to extend it. He's committed to the armbar attempt here! Will he get it?! Yes! Party is forced to tap!
