Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jacob O Reilly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luigi Fry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jacob O Reilly! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Luigi Fry! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Taro Takaoka and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! O Reilly lands with a cross. O Reilly lands a nice looking body shot.
O Reilly blocks a jab. Fry is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by O Reilly. A looping hook to the body misses from O Reilly. Fry does a little dance to reset his feet. O Reilly blocks a jab. Fry avoids the body shot from O Reilly.
O Reilly throws a jab when Fry was well out of range. Fry fakes high and swings low for a body shot but O Reilly manages to avoid it. Fry throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. O Reilly throws an overhand right that lands on Fry's shoulder, as Fry tries to avoid the shot. O Reilly wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. O Reilly looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Fry is fending him off so far but O Reilly persists. Nope, Fry circles away and we're back to standing. Nice sprawl there from O Reilly as Fry shoots in. O Reilly tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Fry was well out of range. Poor timing from O Reilly.
That's one minute gone in the round. No luck for Fry with that takedown attempt. O Reilly catches Fry with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! O Reilly scores with a shot to the body.
Fry throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
O Reilly scores with a sloppy right hand. Fry should have avoided that one. O Reilly gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Fry counters with a single leg into guard. O Reilly didn't expect that. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Fry throws a big elbow that misses. O Reilly working a defensive guard here.
O Reilly looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fry tries to free his leg and advance position but O Reilly is retaining full guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Fry accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Fry working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of O Reilly's head. Fry must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Fry throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Fry slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Fry trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Fry is looking to work some ground and pound but O Reilly has wrist control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fry trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Fry throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Fry postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Fry trying to control the position from guard on top but O Reilly is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Fry lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Fry is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Fry loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Fry throws a big right hand that misses. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fry throwing strikes but missing. Fry trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but O Reilly manages to land a sweep and now he's on top! Fry pulls O Reilly in close to prevent any damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Luigi Fry dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
O Reilly throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Fry shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. O Reilly manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Fry working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Fry missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Fry looking to sit in guard and control but O Reilly gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Fry trying to control the position.

That's one minute gone in the round. Fry seems keen to control O Reilly's posture. Fry is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Luigi Fry. Fry ducks right into an uppercut from O Reilly.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fry changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. O Reilly looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Fry throws an elbow but O Reilly slips to the side and avoids it well. A lull in the action here. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. O Reilly can't do much from the bottom here. Fry is trying to ground and pound but O Reilly uses the momentary lack of control by Fry to regain half guard. Fry sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. O Reilly defending well though.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fry throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Fry not landing any meaningful shots this time. Fry stalling. Fry thows a huge punch but O Reilly dodges it nicely.
Fry thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed O Reilly's head. Fry wants to control but O Reilly is keeping him busy.
That's four minutes gone in the round. O Reilly regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Fry. Fry cracks O Reilly with a solid left hand. Fry advances position into side control! O Reilly is not content to let Fry control the position. O Reilly managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Fry.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Luigi Fry showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

That's two minutes gone in the round. O Reilly prevents Fry from getting back to his feet. Fry wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and O Reilly is now in half guard. Fry wants to get back to full guard. Fry keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount. Luigi Fry has got the better of the ground game so far. Fry is looking to improve his position.
Well, if O Reilly is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fry moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Fry is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Fry pulls O Reilly in close to prevent any damage.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. O Reilly lands a right hook to the body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. O Reilly uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Fry. Jacob O Reilly seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. O Reilly cracks a nice hook into Fry's ribs. Fry has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Fry there as he acknowledges the shot. Fry shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in O Reilly's guard. Fry trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Fry working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Fry throws a big right hand that misses. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Fry cracks O Reilly with a solid left hand. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Fry in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
And that's the end of the fight! Luigi Fry comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Fry winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
