Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between ben ahr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Connor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). ben ahr has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, ben ahr! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, John Connor! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Robert Twigg and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A head kick misses from ahr. ahr looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! ahr looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Connor is fending him off so far but ahr persists. Nope, Connor circles away and we're back to standing. Connor bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Connor tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Connor passes to full mount! That's big trouble for ahr! Connor wants to finish this one by submission but ahr is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Connor. Connor is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. ahr can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Connor has hold of ahr's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and ahr manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Connor has control of ahr's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and ahr regains control of the situation pretty easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Connor tries to control but ahr wriggling away. Connor throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Connor looking for a guillotine from mount but ahr is having none of it. Connor lands a nice shot to the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. ahr tries to reverse the position but Connor maintains control. ahr wants to control but Connor is having none of it. Connor is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Connor is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Connor!
