The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Poniatowski throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Bane avoids a punch combination nicely.
Bane lands a nice shot that snaps Poniatowski's head back.

It looks like Bazyli Poniatowski has been cut.
Poniatowski keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

It looks like Blood Bane has been cut.
Poniatowski on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Poniatowski throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Bane tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Poniatowski is able to avoid easily.
Bane feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Poniatowski's calf.
Bane throws a quick inside leg kick.
Poniatowski throws a hook to the side of Bane's head but Bane sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Poniatowski misses with a two punch combination.
Bane tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Poniatowski is able to avoid easily.
Bane lands a lovely overhand right.
Poniatowski tries to clinch up.
Poniatowski is looking to clinch but Bane is avoiding it.
Poniatowski on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Poniatowski throws a body punch but Bane moves out of range.
Bane walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Poniatowski checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Poniatowski throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Bane fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Poniatowski has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Bane throws a head kick but Poniatowski moves out of range.
Bane is looking to slow Poniatowski down with leg kicks.
Poniatowski looks winded!

Bane lands a big uppercut and Poniatowski crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Poniatowski looks OK. Bane waves Poniatowski back to his feet!

Poniatowski is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
That kick from Bane tenderised Poniatowski's leg. Poniatowski is trying to keep his angry face on.
Poniatowski is still on wobbly legs! Can Bane finish him?
Bane circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Poniatowski tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Bane wins by KO!
