Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Adam Resso (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cisay Salace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Resso kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Avenged Sevenfold-Beast and the Harlot. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 6 - 1, fighting out of London, Adam Resso! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Cisay Salace! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Phil Schofield and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ouch! a nice leg kick from Resso, right into the meat.
Resso with a body punch. A glancing blow. Salace tries to clinch but Resso is having none of it. Salace goes for a high kick. It partially lands. A slapping leg kick lands for Salace.
Resso keeps the fight on the outside. Salace takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Resso moves out of range of the strikes. Salace wants to clinch and Resso counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Resso. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Resso slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Salace is looking for a sweep. Salace is not content to let Resso control the position. Resso tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Resso has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Resso tries to advance to mount but can't.
That's one minute gone in the round. Salace is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Resso's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Resso is looking for a kimura here.
Salace won't allow Resso to pass to mount. Salace works his way to full guard. Good work. Resso looking to pass the guard. Resso trying to control the position from guard on top but Salace is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Salace keeping full guard, as Resso tries to pass. Salace is pulling down on Resso's head to control his posture. Salace looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Salace is trying to control the position but Resso postures up. Salace avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Resso wants to pass the guard but Salace is keeping the position. Resso throws a strike but Salace rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Resso working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Salace.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Resso controlling the position. Salace wants to control from the top but Resso keeps moving. Salace is looking to work some ground and pound but Resso has wrist control. Resso is pulling down on Salace's head. It's preventing any offense from Salace, at least for the moment. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Salace is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Adam Resso. Resso connects with a good right hand that stumbles Salace. Salace circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Resso moves out of range of the body kick from Salace.
Salace tries to close the distance and clinch up but Resso swats him away and circles back towards the center. Salace tries a head kick but it misses.
Salace wants to clinch. Resso throws a one two combo.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Resso throws a good cross that connects.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Resso connects with a body shot. Resso missing with a left hand there. Salace was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Adam Resso dominated that round. That's time! Resso's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Resso scores with a hook to the body. Salace takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. The fight stays on the outside here - Salace looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Salace tries a head kick but it misses.
Resso tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Salace tries to clinch there but Resso circles away.
Salace takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Adam Resso is winning the standup battle so far. Resso throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Salace on the side of the head. Resso lands with an uppercut that bounces Salace off the cage and back into range. Resso shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Resso was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Salace wants to control but Resso is having none of it. Resso controlling the position easily from mount. Salace takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Salace is rocked!
That's one minute gone in the round. Resso looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Salace covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:23 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Adam Resso! In his post fight interview, Adam Resso started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
