Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Colin Fotheringham and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mason throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Stanley tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Mason is in Stanley's guard.
Mason wants to pass the guard but Stanley is keeping the position.
Stanley is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Stanley working for a triangle but Mason defends it easily.
Mason pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Stanley is keeping the position for now.
Mason scoring with punches to the head and body.
Stanley is trying to keep Mason in close.
Mason tries to free his leg and advance position but Stanley is retaining full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Mason got a little sloppy there for a moment and Stanley has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Mason has managed to get both his arms back between Stanley's legs - danger averted.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Stanley is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Mason is aware though and is defending well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Stanley escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Mason gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Mason wants to stand but Stanley is controlling his posture from full guard.
Mason content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Stanley has locked up a guillotine! Stanley's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Mason is holding on here and Stanley must be using up a lot of energy. Mason has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Stanley gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
