The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Shigeki Sano and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Awa throws a series of punches but Khan avoids them all with ease.

Awa really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Khan is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Awa is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Khan is controlling him.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Khan not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Khan scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
