A fine choice. Serzh Kavershyan could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Bone Breaker's chin.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bone Breaker! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Chris Downing and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Breaker misses with a takedown so Kavershyan counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Kavershyan content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Kavershyan missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Kavershyan is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Kavershyan working some strikes from top position. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Kavershyan sitting in guard, not really doing much. Breaker working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Kavershyan. Kavershyan stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Breaker swivels though and keeps the full guard. Kavershyan with a flurry of punches that miss. Kavershyan has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kavershyan cracks Breaker with a solid left hand. Kavershyan sitting in guard here, content to control. Kavershyan pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Breaker is keeping the position for now. Kavershyan slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Serzh Kavershyan has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Jab from Kavershyan. Kavershyan lands a head shot. Kavershyan shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Breaker eats them both and turns towards Kavershyan to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
It looks like Bone Breaker has been cut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Kavershyan shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Kavershyan is nestled in close to Breaker, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Kavershyan looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Kavershyan is figuring out what he wants to do next.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kavershyan trying to control the action but Breaker is working from the bottom. Breaker looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Kavershyan is looking to advance position but Breaker won't allow it. Kavershyan drops an elbow to the side of Breaker's head. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Kavershyan connects with a nice short shot to Breaker's temple. Kavershyan seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Nice strikes from Kavershyan there. Kavershyan working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Kavershyan misses with a head shot. Breaker uses the momentum to regain guard. Kavershyan with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Kavershyan trying to stand up but can't free himself from Breaker's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kavershyan throwing strikes from guard but Breaker blocks nicely. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kavershyan throws a combination. Breaker tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Bone Breaker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kavershyan closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Kavershyan lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Breaker taking punishment in the form of punches.
Kavershyan lands a nice forearm strike. Breaker is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Kavershyan's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Kavershyan lands a nice short elbow. Kavershyan stalling. Kavershyan is just content to waste time from the top position. Breaker takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

Kavershyan showing good wrestling skills to control the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Breaker throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kavershyan postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

Kavershyan throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Breaker can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Kavershyan controls the pace. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Kavershyan scoring with some ground and pound.

Kavershyan with a nice head shot there. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Breaker has momentary wrist control but Kavershyan slips an elbow through the middle. Kavershyan is working Breaker over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Breaker is rocked! Kavershyan pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Breaker is keeping the position for now. Kavershyan moves into the clinch. Breaker has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Kavershyan is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Kavershyan ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Kavershyan no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Breaker slips nicely into half guard. Breaker is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Breaker is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Kavershyan doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Breaker. Kavershyan wants to get back to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Breaker looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Kavershyan controlling the position for now. Breaker is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Breaker takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Breaker stops Kavershyan from getting back to his feet.
Breaker works his way into full mount! Kavershyan has left one of his arms exposed and Breaker doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Kavershyan screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
