Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Van De Bronks!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kim Smith!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Saam Ante and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith rushes De Bronks and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Smith as De Bronks tries to tie him up.
Smith lands with a light punch inside.
Smith pushes De Bronks back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
De Bronks is trying to stall.
Smith is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
The referee is keeping an eye on Smith - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Smith working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
De Bronks could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Smith content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Smith lands with a short shot to the head.

De Bronks tries to pull guard but Smith forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
A body shot lands from Smith.
Smith lands a hook that snaps the head of De Bronks backwards.
Smith lands on the inside with an uppercut.
De Bronks is rocked!
Smith dips a shoulder and cracks De Bronks with a mighty uppercut! De Bronks falls back against the cage and Smith unloads with a barrage of strikes! De Bronks is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Smith screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kim Smith!
