The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Al Mahyani feints and then cracks Ali Baba's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Ali Baba down.
Ali Baba looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Al Mahyani jerks Ali Baba's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Ali Baba drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Al Mahyani goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Al Mahyani because Ali Baba was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
