Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Perry Straps (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricky Ross (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Straps comes to the cage accompanied by Oldies Rap. Ricky Ross is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ross shoots for a takedown but Straps saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Ross closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Straps might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Straps is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Ross with the ground and pound but Straps uses the opportunity to regain guard.

Straps looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Ross is defending well. Straps quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Ross has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Straps celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.

Perry Straps was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
