Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lars Thunstrom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Beaver Wayne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thunstrom comes into the arena with Prodigy - Spitfire blaring out of the sound system. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Dmitry Maklakov and Vladimir Khabensky.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wayne tries to clinch up but Thunstrom circles away and keeps his distance.
Thunstrom throws a right and a left that both miss.
Thunstrom missing with a left hand there. Wayne was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Thunstrom fails to land the takedown.
Wayne throws a good cross that connects.
Thunstrom lands a head shot.
Wayne swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Wayne.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Beaver Wayne hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Thunstrom connects with a body shot.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Wayne uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Thunstrom.
Thunstrom throws a hook but Wayne blocks it.
Wayne throws the left hand but Thunstrom avoids the punch easily.
Thunstrom will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Wayne is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Thunstrom shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Wayne counters with an inside leg kick.
Wayne tries to clinch but Thunstrom is having none of it.
Thunstrom fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Wayne avoids it really well and circles away.
Thunstrom cracks a nice hook into Wayne's ribs.

Wayne really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Thunstrom. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Wayne pulls Thunstrom in close to his closed guard and prevents Thunstrom from doing any damage or advancing position.
Wayne bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Thunstrom's guard.

Wayne throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Wayne scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.

Thunstrom uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Wayne.
Thunstrom misses with a takedown attempt - Wayne sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Wayne takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Wayne misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Wayne is looking to clinch.
Wayne with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Thunstrom to score with a decent uppercut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Thunstrom fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Wayne manages to avoid it.

Thunstrom shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Thunstrom showed some decent athleticism there.

Thunstrom is working for a kimura but Wayne is defending it quite comfortably.

Thunstrom has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Wayne is trying to get back to his feet but can't.

Wayne defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Thunstrom.

Wayne has left one of his arms exposed and Thunstrom doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Wayne screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
