Autumn moves to clinch but Karatygin breaks away
and Karatygin connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Karatygin plants his feet and throws a brutal three punch combo that sends Autumn swiftly into unconsciousness! Right, left, right! Boom, boom, boom! Autumn face plants, battered and bloodied! He might never be the same again after that finish!
