Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Alexander Young (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcus Haster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Young has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haster fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Young manages to avoid it.
Haster walks into a straight right hand from Young.
Haster blocks a jab.
Haster throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Haster misses with a body shot.
Haster looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Haster looks to score with a jab to the body but Young is just out of range.
Haster shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Young pinned against the cage. Young gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Young throws a lazy right hand but Haster sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Young throws a series of punches but Haster moves out of range.
Haster takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Haster will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Haster lands with a big left hand that may well have hurt his opponent. Can Young hold on?!

Haster goes for a risky armbar from back mount and it's not paid off. Young escapes and is now in half guard on top.
Haster gets back to full guard.

Young wants to stand but Haster has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

That was a close round but I would say that Alexander Young will probably get the nod.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Young checks a leg kick.

Haster sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Young's guard.

Haster is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Haster working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Haster is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Young is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!

A very excited looking Marcus Haster rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
