Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brennan Huff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Scott Adkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Brennan Huff! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Scott Adkins! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Adkins uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Huff.
Huff misses with an uppercut. Adkins saw that one coming. Huff doesn't manage to clinch there - Adkins circles away.
Adkins fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Huff avoids it really well and circles away. Huff tries to clinch but Adkins is having none of it. Adkins takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Adkins shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Huff as he jumps to the side. Huff leaves Adkins with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Brennan Huff has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Scott Adkins. Adkins shoots in looking for a takedown. Huff tries to sprawl out of it but Adkins keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Huff manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Adkins circles away from the clinch attempt.
Huff cracks a nice hook into Adkins's ribs. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Huff cracks Adkins with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Adkins is rocked! Huff moves into the clinch. Adkins breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Huff wants to clinch up but Adkins keeps it at a distance. Huff wants to clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Huff tries to clinch up. Huff tries to clinch there but Adkins circles away.
Adkins misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Huff is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Huff darts in and clinches Adkins up against the cage. Huff crunches a lovely knee into Adkins's ribcage. Adkins is looking for a takedown. Huff dips a shoulder and cracks Adkins with a mighty uppercut! Adkins falls back against the cage and Huff unloads with a barrage of strikes! Adkins is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Huff screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
