Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ray Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ralf Krause (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ralf Krause is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ray Jones!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ralf Krause!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Johanna Lukiainen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Krause tries to clinch but Jones is having none of it.
Jones throws a head kick but Krause moves out of range.
Krause has his takedown stuffed
and Jones counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
A swing and a miss from Jones.
Krause drives through with a takedown into Jones's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Jones has control of Krause's left arm, preventing Krause from doing any damage.

Krause wants to get up but he can't break Jones's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Jones, right into the meat.
Krause misses with a takedown
and Jones counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Ray Jones is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Jones lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Krause at a distance.
Krause shoots in for a double leg but Jones sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Ray Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ralf Krause.
Jones connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Jones misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Krause.

Krause tries to close the distance and clinch up but Jones swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Krause darts in and clinches Jones up against the cage.

A frustrated look appears on Krause's face as he tries to break the clinch.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Krause blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Krause wants to break free but Jones has control.
Krause drops down looking for an ankle pick but Jones pulls his leg out and moves away.
Jones throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Jones misses with an uppercut. Krause saw that one coming.
The fighters circle momentarily. Jones darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Jones scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Krause is looking to clinch.
Jones lands with a good body shot.
Jones lands with an overhand left.
Jones lands a glancing blow to the side of Krause's head.

Jones misses with a body shot.
Krause throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Jones dips to his left and cracks Krause with an uppercut!
Krause gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Jones.
Krause tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Jones manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Jones rushes Krause and presses him up against the cage.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Krause goes for a takedown attempt but Jones pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Jones swings for the body but Krause moves out of range.
Jones scores with a nice strike.
Jones lands an overhand right.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Jones misses with a combination
and Krause counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Krause.
Krause can't break the clinch.
Come on Jones - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Krause is trying to pull guard but Jones has him pressed against the cage.
Jones stalling.
Krause tries to break free but Jones pushes him back against the cage.
Krause gets control of Jones's arms and successfully pulls guard. Krause will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Jones wants to control from the top but Krause keeps moving.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jones connects with a body shot that sends Krause's belly button to the back.
Ralf Krause is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Krause clinches up with Jones and pushes him back against the cage.
Krause tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Jones smiles and moves away.
Jones lands with a hook. Krause tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Krause throws a body punch but Jones moves out of range.
Krause tries for a takedown but Jones sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Jones cracks Krause with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Jones scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Jones swats away the attempt to clinch by Krause.
Jones lands a right hook to the body.

Krause is breathing heavily.
Krause walks into a left hand.
Jones throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Jones throws a predictable looking body shot
and Krause counters with a one-two to the body.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Krause takes a swing at Jones's ribcage but misses.
Jones scores with a sloppy right hand. Krause should have avoided that one.
Jones tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Krause was well out of range. Poor timing from Jones.
Horrible takedown by Krause or perhaps it was just good defense by Jones which made him look bad.
Jones connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Krause's hands.
Krause is rocked!

Jones flashes Krause a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Krause's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Krause crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Jones punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:10 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ray Jones!
