Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ta Sau Yee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Duke Gibbons (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sau Yee comes to the cage accompanied by 周杰倫 - 青花瓷. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Damien Edna and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sau Yee uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Gibbons.
Gibbons drops his hands momentarily and Sau Yee takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Sau Yee throws a lazy right hand but Gibbons sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Gibbons closes this distance looking for a takedown but Sau Yee circles away.
Sau Yee swats away the attempt to clinch by Gibbons.
Duke Gibbons seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gibbons closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Sau Yee did well to prevent Gibbons getting side control.
Gibbons tries to stand but can't do so whilst Sau Yee controls his leg.

Sau Yee swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Gibbons is trying to break the clinch but Sau Yee has him pressed against the cage.
Sau Yee tries to work over Gibbons's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Sau Yee.

Gibbons jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Sau Yee walks away with a smile on his face. Gibbons gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Ta Sau Yee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Duke Gibbons.
Sau Yee loads up on a big right hand but Gibbons slips the punch.
Ta Sau Yee is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Gibbons throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Gibbons takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Gibbons fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Gibbons misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Gibbons swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Sau Yee cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Gibbons shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Sau Yee is refusing to be controlled, as Gibbons sits in half guard.
Sau Yee slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Duke Gibbons will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Gibbons missing with a left hand there. Sau Yee was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Sau Yee lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

and Gibbons counters with a nice uppercut.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Sau Yee catches Gibbons with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Gibbons dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Sau Yee misses with a hook. Gibbons ducked under it nicely.
Gibbons will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Gibbons looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Sau Yee is fending him off so far but Gibbons persists. Nope, Sau Yee circles away and we're back to standing.

A looping hook to the body misses from Sau Yee. Gibbons does a little dance to reset his feet.
Sau Yee is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Sau Yee tries to clinch but Gibbons is having none of it.

and Sau Yee connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Sau Yee moves into the clinch.
Gibbons has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Sau Yee has a couple of punches blocked by Gibbons.
