The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Vladimir Khabensky and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Obasi shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Xin defends it nicely.
Xin lands a high kick to the side of Obasi's head that stuns him and send him tumbling down to the canvas! Xin dives into guard, looking to finish.
Obasi is rocked!
It looks like Ayila Obasi has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Xin has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Obasi is proving hard to escape from.

Obasi seems to have recovered his senses.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Xin is sitting in close to Obasi's body. Obasi has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Xin is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Xin is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Obasi.

Ayila Obasi decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
