Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Victor Cadmea (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Park (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Park has chosen Linkin Park - LOST IN THE ECHO as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Victor Cadmea!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Jake Park!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Donald Grub and Andrew Berry.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Cadmea does no damage.
A looping hook to the body misses from Cadmea. Park does a little dance to reset his feet.
Cadmea throws a hook but Park avoids it easily.

Park gets the takedown into side control.

Park has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Park shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Cadmea eats them both and turns towards Park to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Cadmea swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Cadmea throws a left and a right that both miss

and Park counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Park.

Park has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Cadmea clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Park slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
Cadmea just trying to survive but Park is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish.
Park trying to secure his dominant position for a moment - making sure Cadmea doesn't escape.

Park has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Cadmea has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Cadmea is trying to get back to his feet but Park has full control of the position and if anything, Cadmea has just worked his way into a worse spot.

Park lands with a couple of good shots - one to the side of the head and one questionable shot that could be viewed as to the back of the head but the referee lets it go.

Cadmea tries to bum rush Park with a series of wild strikes but Park uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Park darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Cadmea has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Park is working away from the top position though.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Park breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Park bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Cadmea tries to bench press Park off him but Park keeps the position.
Cadmea is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Park is one step ahead and moves to full mount!
Park lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Cadmea hang on?

Park is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Cadmea can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Cadmea shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
A nice leg kick lands there from Cadmea.
Park takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Cadmea throws a shot from downtown. Park moves away and avoids it.
Park is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Cadmea.
Cadmea fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Park throws a nice looking combination but Cadmea bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Park shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Park thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Park gets to his feet - Cadmea follows without any prompting.

Park is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Cadmea to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Cadmea shrugs it off.

Cadmea is looking to improve his position but Park isn't that keen on the idea.
