And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Clifford Lewis!
The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Winston Howard and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Delo Santos lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Delo Santos keeps the fight on the outside.
Lewis takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Lewis wants to clinch.
Lewis tries to clinch up.
Delo Santos tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Delo Santos jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Delo Santos misses with a double jab.
Lewis tries to clinch but Delo Santos is having none of it.

and Delo Santos counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Lewis has a takedown stuffed.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Lewis is defended easily by Delo Santos.
Delo Santos really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Lewis shoots in but no luck this time.
Diego Delo Santos has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Clifford Lewis.
Lewis closes the distance and clinches up with Delo Santos, looking for a takedown. Lewis pushes Delo Santos against the cage but Delo Santos circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Delo Santos circles away from the clinch attempt
and Delo Santos connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Delo Santos throws a right and a left that Lewis avoids nicely.
Lewis takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Lewis wants to clinch
and Delo Santos cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Lewis closes the distance and clinches.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lewis tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Delo Santos's elbow.
Lewis jumps guard but Delo Santos stands there with Lewis around his waist. Lewis gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Delo Santos lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Delo Santos lands with a short shot to the head.
Delo Santos escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Lewis moves to clinch but Delo Santos breaks away
and Delo Santos counters with a straight right hand.
Diego Delo Santos is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Delo Santos connects with a right hand. Lewis shakes it off.
Delo Santos displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Lewis is rocked!
Lewis walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Lewis limp body while Delo Santos jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Diego Delo Santos!
In his post fight interview, Diego Delo Santos started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
