The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brave lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Sawhney circles away quickly and effectively.
Brave fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Brave scores with a hook to the body. Sawhney takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Brave tries to clinch up but Sawhney circles away and keeps his distance.

Sawhney drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Brave manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Sawhney has Brave in his guard.
Brave slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Brave is fighting off a takedown attempt but Sawhney is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Brave to the mat. Brave regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
