The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Filipovic keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Fedotenko.
Filipovic misses with a two punch combination.
Fedotenko scores with a head kick.
Filipovic connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Fedotenko loads up on a big right hand but Filipovic slips the punch.
Fedotenko will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Fedotenko is looking to clinch.

Fedotenko drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Filipovic tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Fedotenko wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Fedotenko decides to stand up, so the ref orders Filipovic to his feet.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Filipovic.
Fedotenko lands a nice uppercut.

Fedotenko breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Fedotenko throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Filipovic fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Fedotenko slow jab from Filipovic misses its intended target.
A punch lands to the side of Fedotenko 's head but he takes it in his stride.
