Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Angelito Barraquinha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gregg Valentine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Barraquinha's entrance music is The Mamas & The Papas - Dream A Little Dream Of Me. A fine choice. Valentine comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Downtown Swinga 96 by MOP kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Valentine scores with a body shot.
Valentine just misses with a punch to the body.
Barraquinha misses with a body kick.
Barraquinha fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Valentine manages to avoid it.
Valentine misses the body punch
and Barraquinha counters with a good, hard body kick but Valentine shrugs it off.
Gregg Valentine seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Valentine throws an overhand right that lands on Barraquinha's shoulder, as Barraquinha tries to avoid the shot.
Valentine lands a slapping body shot.
Valentine tries a head kick but it misses.
Barraquinha with a jab.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Valentine cracks Barraquinha with an open hand slap.
Valentine looks for the body kick but Barraquinha saw that one coming.
Valentine throws a nice inside leg kick.
Barraquinha's jab looks to have found its range, popping Valentine under the eye.
Barraquinha gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Nice shot lands for Valentine.
Barraquinha tries to clinch but Valentine is having none of it.
Valentine shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Barraquinha throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Barraquinha walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Valentine tries to land a body kick
and Barraquinha counters with a head kick. That will keep Valentine thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Valentine blocks a head kick by Barraquinha.
Valentine looks to score with a jab to the body but Barraquinha is just out of range.
Barraquinha tries to close the distance and clinch up but Valentine swats him away and circles back towards the center.
A head kick misses from Barraquinha.
Valentine drops Barraquinha with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Barraquinha looks back up at him and smiles so Valentine waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Barraquinha is rocked!

Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Valentine.
Oh Barraquinha is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Barraquinha is breathing heavily.
Valentine cracks Barraquinha with a brutal left hook that knocks him out cold! This one is over in a flash! Game over!
