Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Otto Maddox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Duece Delta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Maddox comes to the cage accompanied by Institutionalized - Suicidal Tendencies. Delta is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by the tough guy song. Duece Delta struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 186.1lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Delta misses with a takedown
and Maddox counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Otto Maddox has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Duece Delta.

A punch lands to the side of Delta 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Maddox throws a looping overhand right but Delta ducks down to avoid it.

and Maddox counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

and Maddox counters with a big right hand! Oh Delta is in trouble here! Maddox follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
