Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rob Steel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Danzig Pander (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rob Steel! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Danzig Pander! The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Columbo Gatti and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Steel looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Pander tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Steel counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Steel. Steel stopping the sweep attempt from Pander. Steel cracks Pander with a solid left hand. Steel drops back looking for a leg! Pander is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Pander manages to kick Steel off! Steel jumps back into Pander's guard. Pander is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Steel stands up and waves to Pander to follow him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pander keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Oooooh!!! Steel has knocked Pander down with a huge combo! Steel steps away and waves a wobbly Pander back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
It looks like Danzig Pander has been cut. We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Pander has eaten all the pies! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Steel. Pander shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Steel as he jumps to the side. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Pander is defended easily by Steel. Pander scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pander tries to clinch but fails miserably so Steel counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Steel is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Steel distracts Pander with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Steel passes Pander's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Steel passes into side control, despite Pander's attempt to control the position.
Steel decides to take the fight back to the feet. Steel misses with a low kick. Steel gets in close and instigates a clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Steel prevents a body shot from Pander. Pander is looking for a takedown. Rob Steel has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Danzig Pander. Pander wants a takedown.
Pander looking for a takedown. Pander is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Steel gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Pander has had enough of the clinch but Steel keeps him there for the moment. Steel breaks the clinch.
Pander gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Pander looking for a sweep. Not yet Pander, not yet. Pander looks winded! Steel advances to half guard. Steel is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Steel stalling. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Steel is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Pander tries to hold on but Steel postures up. Steel takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rob Steel dominated that round. The cut man is working on Danzig Pander's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Steel fails with a takedown attempt. Pander shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Steel counters with a head kick that drops Pander to the mat! Pander scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Pander is rocked! This has been an exciting period of action! Pander shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Steel counters with a double leg. Pander bangs his head on the mat and seems to be on queer street here... Steel follows up with punches and the ref steps in to end the fight! It was the slam that caused all the problems.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:29 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Slam). Rob Steel!
