Hall comes to the cage accompanied by Mama Said Knock You Out. Maddox is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Frontines by Diabolic ft. Immortal Technique. Domenic Maddox has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hall lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Maddox throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Hall.
Nice uppercut lands for Maddox. That snapped Hall's head back.

It looks like Albert Hall has been cut.
Maddox misses with an uppercut.
Maddox throws a left and a right that both miss
letting Hall counter with a right hand.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Maddox throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
No joy there for Hall, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Maddox throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Hall stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Hall misses with a takedown attempt - Maddox sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Maddox catches Hall with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Hall ducks under a wild hook from Maddox.
Hall shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Maddox sprawls well. Maddox wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Hall gets slowly back to his feet.
Maddox lands with a cross.

Hall uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Maddox.
Decent striking displayed by Maddox there.
Maddox throws out a loose jab but Hall uses good head movement to avoid it.
Hall shoots in looking for a takedown. Maddox tries to sprawl out of it but Hall keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Maddox manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Albert Hall. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Hall takes one to the side of the head.
Maddox throws a sloppy body shot
and Hall counters with a series of strikes. Maddox will be more careful next time no doubt.
Domenic Maddox seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hall fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Hall shoots in but Maddox avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Hall drops his hands momentarily and Maddox takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Hall is rocked!

This has been an exciting period of action!
Maddox scores with a hook to the body. Hall takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Oh Hall is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hall is breathing heavily.
Maddox throws a pinpoint strike between Hall's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Hall crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Maddox scores a great knockout victory!
