Burgundy keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

and Bean counters with a single leg into guard. Burgundy didn't expect that.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Bean is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Bean thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Bean drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Bean as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Burgundy screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Bean! Nice submission victory there!

In his post fight interview, Butter Bean started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
