Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dan Liddell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kinnison Brickshaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brickshaw has chosen I will be heard by Hatebreed as his entrance music. Dan Liddell had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dan Liddell!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kinnison Brickshaw!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Chris Downing and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Liddell looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Liddell lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Liddell tries to clinch but Brickshaw moves out of range.
Brickshaw swats away the attempt to clinch by Liddell.
Liddell tries for a takedown but Brickshaw sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Liddell avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Brickshaw circles away from the clinch attempt
and Brickshaw counters with a nice double leg into side control. Liddell won't be happy with that.

Brickshaw is working to tighten is grip on Liddell's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Liddell has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Brickshaw is really squeezing tight and eventually Liddell passes out! Brickshaw breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Kinnison Brickshaw!
