Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Josh West, Colin Fray and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ruiz shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Willis as he jumps to the side.
Ruiz wants to clinch.
Ruiz shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Willis pinned against the cage. Willis gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Willis dives in and grabs Ruiz's left leg, looking for a takedown. Ruiz pushes down on Willis's head and hops out.
Ruiz tries to clinch
and Willis counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Willis pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Ruiz is keeping the position for now.
Willis trying to control the position from guard on top but Ruiz is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Willis will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Willis forces his way into half guard.

Willis is thwarting Ruiz's attempts to control the position.
Willis throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Willis seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Ruiz is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
