Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Eugene Albright (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Henry Six (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

18 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Henry Six! The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Luis Engracia and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Albright moves out of range of the strikes. Eugene Albright seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Six lands a jab to Albright's midsection. Albright tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Six manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Albright shoots in for a takedown but Six shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Albright tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Six swivels and escapes. Six closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Albright did well to prevent Six getting side control. Six wants to slow Albright down by chopping away at his legs. Albright doesn't succeed with the takedown and Six counters with a stiff right hand. Albright shoots and misses and Six counters with a lovely straight right hand! Albright ducks under a wild hook from Six. Albright shoots for a double leg takedown but Six sprawls well. He's pushed Albright's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Eugene Albright. That's going to take a lot out of him. Six throws a looping overhand right but Albright ducks down to avoid it. No luck for Albright with that takedown attempt. Albright slips a jab from Six. Eugene Albright is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Albright.

Six trying to control the action but Albright is working from the bottom. Six tries to move into full mount but can't pass Albright's legs. Six throws an elbow but Albright slips to the side and avoids it well.

I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Albright struggling a bit here. Six misses with the ground and pound. Six sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Six controlling from the full mount. Six looking to finish with strikes here!

Six will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Six feints and as Albright raises his hands in defense, Six changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Albright doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.

And that's the end of the fight! Henry Six comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Six has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
