and Powers counters with a shoot takedown. Flurry fights it but they end up in guard.
Powers works a leg free and moves into half guard.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Powers connects with a nice short shot to Flurry's temple.

Powers uses his free foot to push down on Flurry's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Flurry.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Powers softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Flurry is out cold! Powers jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!
