The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kingman misses with a leg kick
and Swarner counters with a stiff right hand.
Kingman ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Swarner jabs Kingman right on the nose. Kingman blinks but takes it well.
Swarner ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Kingman throws a leg kick but Swarner sees it coming and checks it nicely.
A jab from Kingman misses.
Swarner looks to land a combination but Kingman avoids it well.
Swarner checks the leg kick.
Swarner uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Kingman.
Kingman throws an off balance right hand
and Swarner makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Swarner tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Kingman manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Kingman connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

Kingman swings for the body but Swarner moves out of range.
Kingman throws a nice looking combination but Swarner bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Kingman throws a low kick, looking for Swarner's leg but Swarner calmly moves out of range.

enabling Swarner to counter with a crisp jab.
Swarner avoids the body shot from Kingman.
Austin Kingman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kingman looks to score with a jab to the body but Swarner is just out of range.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Swarner throws a right hand that Kingman ducks under and follows up with a left that Kingman also avoids with ease.
Swarner rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kingman moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

and Swarner counters with a two punch combo.
Swarner on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Kingman misses with a hook
and Swarner counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Kingman is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Swarner uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Kingman.
Swarner takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Swarner works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Kingman takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Swarner is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Kingman throws a leg kick but Swarner sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Swarner misses with a jab, cross combination.
Kingman is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Swarner.
Kingman throws an off balance right hand
and Swarner counters with a nice leg kick.
Kingman misses with a lunging right hand
and Swarner counters with a thumping low kick.
A low kick from Kingman is predictable there
and Swarner counters with a left and a right that stings Kingman.
Swarner lands a jab-cross combination.


It looks like Austin Kingman has been cut.

enabling Swarner to counter with a crisp jab.
Kingman throws a predictable looking body shot
and Swarner counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Kingman is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Kingman is rocked!
Kingman seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Swarner shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Kingman is backing up but Swarner catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Kingman covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Swarner Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bob Swarner!
