The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dredd checks a leg kick nicely.
Chopper leaves Dredd with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Dredd has a takedown stuffed.
Dredd tries for a takedown but Chopper circles away easily
so Chopper counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Tony Chopper has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joseph Dredd.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Horrible takedown by Dredd or perhaps it was just good defense by Chopper which made him look bad.

and Chopper makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.

Dredd takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

Chopper lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Dredd is rocked!
Chopper cracks Dredd with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Chopper immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Dredd is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Chopper!
